Hatun Wasi - Hospedaje Rural is the perfect place to kick back and relax in the midst of sprawling country gardens and idyllic mountain scenery. Guests can swing in a hammock, listen to the gurgle of sparkling streams or watch as hummingbirds flit among the colorful flowers. The hotel was built of stone and adobe so as to harmonize with its natural surroundings and the owners, a friendly married couple, make guests feel very much at home. The staff, too, are extremely attentive and well-trained, able to coordinate outings in accordance with your interests and transportation to and from the airport, the train station and wherever else you need to go. Guest rooms are spacious, have private bathrooms and can be supplied with heaters during the chilly nights. There is also a round meditation room where guests can reconnect with Pachamama (Mother Nature) and take part in healing sessions.

Hatun Wasi - Hospedaje Rural is hidden down a little road not far from the town of Urubamba in the middle of the Sacred Valley. Its strategic location makes it easy to make day trips to interesting Sacred Valley sites. Nearby there are forests and in the evening guests can go for a walk or bicycle ride.

Fresh fruits, juices, bread, native fruit marmalades and herbal teas are served for breakfast alongside the beautiful gardens. Meals feature Novo Andean cuisine prepared with organic seasonal vegetables and herbs cultivated on site, trout from the pond cooked in the mud oven and fresh cow's milk. Guests are greeted with freshly-baked cookies and hot tea and if it's your birthday you might just be surprised with a homemade cake!
