The guest house is located on the left-hand bank of the Tambopata river, surrounded by 16 hectares of private property dominated by healthy rain forest rich in floristic diversity which is also home to a great number of animal species that make up complex natural communities. There is a good system of forest trails (4 km in length) which take the visitor to fabulous mammal clay-licks where it is possible to observe wild troops of monkeys, herds of white-lipped and collared peccaries, secretive Brockett deer and tapirs, and if you are lucky a jaguar or puma, the principle large predator species of the Amazon jungle.
