The perfect beginning!
My cousin and I recently visited Peru for a Spiritual and Cultural journey that began in Lima. Our stay at Hostal Torreblanca was the perfect way to begin our journey. Not too much and not to little. Management and employees were very helpful in making sure we were comfortable in our rooms as well as making every effort to see that our time in the Miraflores District of Lima was full of fun and adventure. We were met at the airport by a wonderful gentleman who became our guide in Lima for a full day. Highly recommend this place for those who are on a little tighter budget, looking for a comfortable bed and don't want to be in a big fancy hotel. This place was clean and charming. Beyond my expectation.

Very nice, great price, friendly staff, highly recommended!
Basically, the title says it all. We needed a place to stay for one night in a nice area of Lima, and Torreblanca provided everything we could've hoped for. We were able to book the exact type of room we needed (two separate beds, our own bathroom) the day before. The staff was super friendly and spoke very good English, which was a relief. The neighborhood is beautiful and, according to everyone we asked, very safe. It's also within walking distance of MANY local attractions, which is a huge bonus. Can't go wrong here, definitely.

location & comfort
Our experience started with the car picking us up at the airport. Excellent car and driver. Our room was great. Quiet for a hotel located on a busy circle. The location was great for walking to the park above the beach, restaurants, and even a great grocery store. We had a misunderstanding regarding the rate which was taken care of when we returned to the hotel for our second stay. Staff is very helpful. Transportation was provided as needed and good recommendations were made for restaurants. Their morning breakfast is a good start for a busy day in Lima. If noise bothers you, then ask for a room away from the circle. We didn't find it loud but another person in our family did. English was good if your Spanish is poor. We would stay there again.

Very accommodating staff
My daughters and I stayed here at the end of a sixteen day trip. We were going to be put in a room on the fourth floor. When they saw how badly arthritis was, they put us in two rooms on the second floor at no extra charge. The rooms were clean and spacious. We asked about restaurants and they gave us a map and several restaurants were circled. They also suggested a scenic walk to take after lunch. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. I highly recommed this hotel.

Short stay on my way to Machu Picchu
Looking for a modest priced hotel in the Miraflores district. Nothing special about this hotel other than the location. Basic amenities. Hotel appeared to be clean and decently maintained.

Helpful, Thoughtful and Beautiful
When I arrived close to midnight they did not keep me at the front desk long rather they helped my things to my room and gave me a free upgrade. The bathroom was about the size of most the rooms I usually stay in. Throughout my shortstay the staff repeatedly went above and beyond by negotiating low fares on my behalf and providing some local insight to maximize my stay.

Hostal Torreblanca stay
We stayed a total of two nights before and after our Peru tour. Had triple room, large, clean, very comfortable, only drawback lots of traffic noise, no elevator. We were on 4th floor. Very good breakfast with eggs, bacon, fruits, juices, fresh bread. Location is great and overall a very comfortable hotel to stay at. Best of all was Guillermo, hotel's driver. We hired him for a few hours to take us to Plaza de armas, some sightseeing, plus picked us up and took us to airport. He truly made us feel secure and safe, like having a friend waiting for you in Lima. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend both hotel and Guillermo.

Wonderful little hotel in super location!
I have been to Peru many times. This trip I stayed in this hotel and enjoyed it very much. Fabulous price, very nice helpful people working there. Location is super too! My only suggestion is to get more comfortable bedding, you really need 2 mattresses so not to be sleeping on box springs! Fans were perfect to keep room cool too. I would definitely stay there again.
