Hotel Description

This small hotel, with a maximum capacity of 17 guests, offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and either private outdoor balconies or patios. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Area
The hotel is located on a hillside in between the town of Aguas Calientes and the protected cloud forest area of Machu Picchu. It's two blocks from the main square, three minutes from the bus station and five minutes from the train station.
Food & Beverage
A complimentary breakfast is served from 5 am to 9 am each morning in the hotel's gourmet Tree House Restaurant. Those guests heading out for an all-day excursion to Machu Picchu can pick up a delicious box lunch consisting of a focaccia sandwich (filled with either grilled veggies, tarragon chicken or caprese), a homemade granola bar, dried fruit, a hard-boiled egg and juice. For dinner, a real treat awaits those who dine at the Tree House, where Andean products at the peak of freshness are expertly prepared according to Asian and European culinary techniques.
Cooking classes are offered each evening for 1.5 hours, consisting of a tour of the local market followed by hands-on cooking demonstrations of two dishes on the restaurant's menu. Participants are served a glass of wine as an accompaniment to their scrumptious creations.
How To Get There
To get to the hotel from the main square of Aguas Calientes, head down the road leading northwest, passing the city hall on your right. Then take your first right onto Huanacaure St., ascending a flight of stairs until you reach the hotel on your left.
