How To Get There
To get to the hotel from Cuzco's Plaza de Armas head east along Triunfo St. (which becomes Hatunrumiyoc St. after one block). Continue for two blocks then take a left onto Choquechaca St. Continue for two more blocks and you'll see the hotel on your right on the corner of Atocsaycuchi St.

This hotel seems very well organized. Upon our return from Aguas Calientes, the staff had already put the luggage we left in the room for us.
The only thing I could comment is that the experience could have been a little more welcoming. The staff was eager to make things work, but not so interested in our experience. For example, when we arrived the first morning after a long bus ride at night, we were told we could not have breakfast, because that is only included after a night stay...
