Occupying a handsome colonial-style three-story home with magnificent views of the Misti and Chachani volcanoes, Arequipay Backpackers offers backpackers comfortable accommodations along with a host of entertainment options and conveniences. The spacious dorms contain comfy spring mattresses and have access to shared bathroom facilities. In the common areas guests can enjoy playing ping pong, watching TV, relaxing on the terrace, playing video games or using the shared computer with Internet access. There is also a kitchen and grill area available for guest use and the hostel offers a wealth of tourist information and tour services.

The hostel is located in a quiet neighborhood of the Cayma district of the city of Arequipa, a ten-minute taxi ride from the city center.

How To Get There
To get to the hostel from Arequipa's Plaza de Armas head northeast along San Francisco St. for one block and take a left onto Moral St. Follow Moral for three blocks, take a right onto Villalba St. then your second left onto Puente Grau St. Cross the bridge over the Chili River then head straight through the rotary onto Ejército Ave. Continue along Ejército Ave. for nearly 2/3 of a mile and take a right onto Los Arces Ave. Follow Los Arces for half a mile and bear left at the fork. Cross Pancho Fierro Ave. then take your first left towards the Los Angeles de Cayma neighborhood. The hostel is located in the G1 sector of this neighborhood.
