Though the staff spoke very little english, they did go out of their way to accomodate any of our requests.

Hotel is clean with basic amenities including small TV, phone, etc. Hot water is a bit tricky and changes between luke warm and very hot. No safe, but hair dryer is available at front desk.
Hotel is close to bus and train stations, but no significant noise to disturb sleep. Overall decent but basic hotel for the price.
